Talent Strategy: CEO - Medical Device Manufacturing

We are looking for a CEO, President or COO with over 20 years of increasing responsibility and having P&L accountability.  This person will have been in a private equity-backed or other high expectation environment as opposed to a division president in a large organization.  This person should have been successful in driving change to a small to mid-sized (under $250 million sales) manufacturing organization and building a "can do" culture.  This CEO will implement a Topgrading talent strategy across the organization.

Ideally, this CEO will have worked in precision engineered products, preferably in medical device manufacturing with companies like MedtronicGuidantBoston ScientificZimmerBiomet, or J&J DePuy.

The corporate recruiting strategy for this company is to utilize executive recruiting consultants to identify top quality passive candidates.
