We are initiating a search for a Service Shop Manager who will report to the new General Manager at this location.

Reporting Relationships:
This position will have Corporate reporting to Vice President of Operations (off-site – Indianapolis, IN). This position will be responsible for staff located in the Akron area, including inventory control and production / installation technicians (5-10 employees). Will be a peer to Inside Sales Rep located on-site.

Position Charter
This role will be responsible for developing and operating a “world-class” regional service operation for the installation of product on semi-trailers and dump bodies. Product will be provided for installation from company manufacturing locations; hands-on Shop Manager will ensure adequate kit & spare parts inventory is maintained and on-time delivery of a high-quality installation satisfies our customers.

• 5+ years within the transportation / trailer industry (ideally with knowledge of tarping systems & installation)

Summary
The incumbent is accountable for supervising the loan review process and for reviewing, examining and rating the Bank’s loan portfolio in order to protect the Bank’s loan assets from loss and ensure the quality of loans and compliance with applicable procedures, laws, and regulations. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.

Essential Functions:
•Examine, analyze and assign loan ratings to all credit relationships with aggregate debt over prescribed limit and other selected loans in order to determine loan quality in accordance with Bank policy, regulatory guidelines and OCC examinations. Findings from these reviews are are provided to the Loan Policy Committee and individual loan officers.
•Oversee the timely and accurate compilation and preparation of various reports in order to keep the Loan Policy Committee and Bank management informed of loan and credit quality.
•Prepare recommendations to the CEO for approval of accrual status changes, charge-offs, and grade changes, as appropriate per Loan Policy.
•Non-voting member of the Loan Committee and Classified Credit Review Committee
•Perform a quarterly analysis of the loan and lease losses reserve in accordance with Bank policy and regulatory guidelines in order to ensure the adequacy of the Bank’s allowance for loan and lease losses.
•Supervise and provide effective training of subordinate personnel in order to develop and maintain a highly motivated and productive staff.
•Develop and maintain a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge in loan review matters, management techniques and personal skills and demonstrate personal and interpersonal behavior, attitude, judgment, communication and initiative with customers and employees in order to ensure an acceptable degree of performance.

Additional Responsibilities
•May serve on various Bank committees.
•Special projects as assigned by the First Vice President & Chief Credit Officer.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in finance or business or equivalent educational experience.
•Knowledge of government regulations, Bank policy and required documentation regarding loans.
•Abiliity to communicate effectively with loan officers regarding the results of the review process.
•Skill in recognizing loan documentation deficiencies
•Skill in determining the credit worthiness of borrower.
•Three years of experience in loan review and a background in financial statement analysis
•High degreee of accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to interpret and analyze data

Loan Officer (New Office - Hybrid Lender) Indianapolis

We are initiating a search for an established Indianapolis mortgage broker who has recently become the new Indianapolis office for the largest private mortgage bank in the US. A job description follows:

SUMMARY
A national lender funding its own loans with the flexibility to broker out loans as well is opening its first off ice in the Indianapolis area by hiring an existing mortgage broker team and launching an expansion.

This individual will be responsible for managing mortgage loan origination relationships, especially selected realtors, in an assigned territory. While this individual will prospect and originate traditional mortgage loans through a local referral base, the primary marketing focus will be on specific pre-approved properties with technical support from the Indianapolis office.

The Indianapolis office will provide technical support on special products and processing support with quick turn-around. Experienced lenders can earn 20% more with the same rates and fees.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a marketing plan for expanding new client base and product usage. Identifies prospects and referral sources for solicitation through outside referral sources.
• Develop and maintain social and civic ties within the community to assist in promoting account relationships with targeted client base. 



• Meet or exceed mortgage production goal, to be determined, per year on a monthly and annual basis.

• To effectively and pro-actively sell all of the organization’s services with a special focus on developing strategic relationships, primarily with well established realtors in the local area.

• To structure all credits, develop a complete application and monitor loans from origination through closing to ensure the highest service and credit quality. 


• Respond to client and referral requests in a timely, professional manner. 








REQUIREMENTS:


This individual must have a strong existing network of transferable referral sources, i.e. real estate brokers, law firms, CPA and investment management firms, personal financial planners, and corporations.



•Proven ability to sell mortgage loans and/or other financial services.

•2-3 years mortgage lending experience.

•A sales-oriented professional with excellent business development and closing skills, who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. 



•An ability to balance aggressive production goals with credit quality.

This individual must have the ability to interact effectively on a routine basis with colleagues, senior management, clients, and the public. This individual will be responsible for sales and marketing of retirement plan services to a target market of potential customers. Cardiovascular Clinical Representative - Indiana

Sells and promotes company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products by current accounts in an effort to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Develops and implements sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.

Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals.

Determines the needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel to learn which products can best address their specific needs.

Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
